Research post for Micro and Nano Systems
Vienna University of Technology, Institute of Sensor and Actuator Systems is looking for a doctoral student for a period of 4 years.
Of specific interest will be engineers with experience in the fields of
• MEMS-based technologies and measurement techniques;
• clean room experience;
• (piezoelectric) thin films: deposition and characterization techniques;
• design of µ-sensors/actuators;
• finite element method (FEM)

The work will link into a number of other academic and industrial teams.
